Scholars Forum

Recipient designed and conducted an original research and/or creative project with faculty mentorship, created a professional visual display of their project, and presented their work at the IUP Scholars Forum.

Outcomes/Requirements

• Recipient demonstrated skill and experience in the research/creative scholarship process by successfully developing, conducting, and completing an original project and contributing new knowledge to their discipline.

• Recipient demonstrated the ability to synthesize key points and effectively communicate them.

• Recipient presented their original work in a professional conference setting, the IUP Scholars Forum, and demonstrated the ability to meaningfully discuss their work with experts in their field as well as non-experts.
